Enable the Individuals we support to increase their independence and give them a sense of achievement. Meet with participants to determine their needs and help improve their quality of life.</p><p><strong>What you can expect as a Community Support Worker:</strong></p><p>· Understanding of, and willingness to commit to person-centered thinking through agency values, mission, and vision</p><p>· Ensuring the rights and choices of the individuals we support are respected</p><p>· Interacting and building relationships with the individuals we support</p><p>· Participate and engage individuals in community inclusion activities</p><p>· Follow protocols, policies, and procedures</p><p>· Promote positive behavioral intervention strategies</p><p>· Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing</p><p>· Recognize potential crisis/emergency situations, analyze the situation accurately, and develop strategies to deal with the situation</p><p>· Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position including personal care, light housekeeping, daily food preparation, and medication administration</p><p>· Stay calm and focused in stressful situations</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>· Grade 12 or equivalent.</p><p>· Emergency First Aid with CPR Level C certification from the Canadian Red Cross</p><p>· TB Test</p><p>· Criminal Record Check clearance from the BC Criminal Records Review Program</p><p>· Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence required; · Class 4 BC Driver's Licence is an asset</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· Graduation from a recognized related program such as the Community Support Worker Program or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred</p><p>· Experience with FASD, ADHD, OCD, autism spectrum, aggressive, challenging, and self-harming behaviour considered an asset</p><p>· Experience in a medical setting with G/J-tube and/or trach care knowledge an asset</p><p>· Experience supporting individuals with complex medical needs is an asset</p><p>· Ability to work with challenging behaviours</p><p>· Ability to promote positive behavioural intervention strategies</p><p>· Ability to follow the Risk Assessments and apply all Safety Plans/ Behaviour Support Strategies</p><p>· NVCI or SIVA training an asset</p><p>· MANDT training is an asset</p><p><strong>Work Location: In person</strong></p><p><em>Integra is committed to upholding the values of diversity, equality and inclusion. This role supports auditing, data collection, and compliance across programs and sites within a regulated community services environment.</p><p>As the Quality Assurance Analyst, you will work under the direction of the Director of Quality Assurance and collaborate with department leaders and operational teams by providing practical quality assurance (QA) tools, data insights, and evidence-informed recommendations to support continuous quality improvement. The Quality Assurance Analyst will conduct audits, analyze trends, identify organizational risks, and support accreditation and regulatory compliance activities. </p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><span>Assists with regular site and program audits to assess compliance with internal policies, Occupational Health &amp; Safety (OHS) requirements, Community Living BC (CLBC) requirements, and CARF accreditation standards.</span></li><li>Plans and assists with audit activities, including document reviews, on<span></span><span>site observations, interviews, and focus groups, summarizes findings and identifies trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.</span></li><li>Designs, distributes, and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data collection tools, such as surveys, interview guides, and audit checklists.</li><li><span>Prepares clear, concise written reports and dashboards and presents key findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership.</span></li><li>Monitors compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and contractual requirements, including CARF, CLBC, OHS, and internal policy frameworks.</li><li>Supports accreditation and regulatory activities, including preparation for external reviews, monitoring action plans, and follow<span></span><span>up on identified gaps.</span></li><li>Assists with the development of QA tools, templates, and processes to support consistent auditing, documentation, and reporting across the organization.</li><li><span>Identifies systemic issues and organizational risks using a systems</span><span></span><span>thinking lens and supports improvement initiatives through data</span><span></span><span>informed recommendations.</span></li><li><span>Participates in internal and external meetings and committees as assigned.</span></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li><span>Degree or diploma in Health, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field, plus two (2) years of related experience in quality assurance, program evaluation, organizational improvement, or research within healthcare, social services, community support, or another regulated environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated experience with data collection and analysis, including qualitative and quantitative methods.</span></li><li>Experience assisting with internal audits, compliance reviews, and/or program evaluations, including synthesizing findings and reporting on trends and risks.</li><li>Stong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel (data input and analysis) Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li><li><span>Valid BC Driver's License and access to a reliable personal vehicle for business purposes.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Preferred/Asset Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Experience with accreditation, Community Living BC (CLBC), Occupational Health &amp; Safety (OHS), or in regulated human<span></span>services environments.</li><li><span>Knowledge of quality assurance or continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Plan</span><span></span><span>Do</span><span></span><span>Study</span><span></span><span>Act, CQI/QI, systems thinking) as applied to service</span><span></span><span>based or people</span><span></span><span>focused organizations.</span></li><li><span>Experience working in community living, disability services, healthcare, or social services.</span></li><li><span>F</span><span>amiliarity with trauma</span><span></span><span>informed and person</span><span></span><span>centered approaches.</span></li><li><span>Experience supporting compliance or quality improvement initiatives across multiple sites or programs.</span></li></ul><p><b>Who You Are</b></p><p>Aptitude and attitude are paramount in this role.
